Payments Terms

We do not offer credit terms on any sales.

Please review the payment options below and we expect to add in the future.

 

Credit Cards

We accept credit cards and debit cards that are provided by Visa Card or Master Card.

 

So if you card contains any of the following logos

 

Your credit card will be charged within 24hrs of completing your order.

We also accept payments over the phone so have your credit card details to hand.

Along with one time purchases we also offer ability to set up repeat monthly orders for a particular volume and this will be a charged and dispatched each month from the time of you first order.

 

All credit card details are secured through our SSL Certified encryption (secure socket layer), the highest standard in Internet security.

Your details are safe. We do not actually see your details but they are stored in an encrypted format in your account for the convenience of quick checkout.

 

Cheques.

We do accept Cheques on certain accounts but be advised that your order will not be processed and shipped until funds have cleared.

Bank Transfer

We also can accept payment by bank transfer, again your purchases will not process or ship until the funds are transfered to the account (unless you have an account with us and we have a positive track history with you).

For larger equipment and stables, manufacturing or order does not commence until 50% of the payment is received. The balance is owed when your order is ready to ship. Examples for this include stables, treadmills, modular units etc.

 

Direct Debit

We will be providing the option for Direct Debit on repeat orders but at this time a DD option is not available.

 

VAT

 

Firstly, Supplements are not subject to Vat and therefore our supplement products are Vat exempt.

 

On products subject to Vat you only have to pay Vat at the applicable rate. However, if you are based in the UK or Europe and can provide a Vat number by email, you will not be required to pay Vat under current guidelines. This however could change in the future as a result of Brexit.

 

When you register an account or place your first order you will need send us you Vat number by email. Vat may still be charged on the first order but this will be removed on verification of Vat number, before final charge is applied to account and funds are processed.

All orders from there after will have Vat removed.

The Vat number must match the business address you enter in your account.

 

Currently all our healthcare supplement products are not subject to VAT.

Refunds
